Christin came to learn about my dressmaking service through Bridestory. It’s really a wonderful platform to assist brides-to-be everywhere. Being listed as one of the vendors for wedding dress and attire in Jakarta has really given me the opportunity to meet a more diverse range of clients, such as Christin and Devin.
It didn’t take long for Christin and I to hit it off, she is as kind as she is gorgeous. It’s the best feeling to be able to work with people who are down to earth, easygoing, and welcoming to ideas and suggestions. The fitting for her went well right on our first meeting, more chats ensued with discussions for how she wanted her dream wedding gown to be.
Christin has a petite and slim figure, but her wedding called for a wedding ball gown because it was a rather sizeable wedding. Held in a prestigious venue, Christin needed an unforgettable wedding dress that summoned attention.
This intricate wedding gown boasts a decolletage neckline, which worked nicely on Christine because it displayed her upper chest area with just enough skin. Paired with a long sleeves bolero made from lace with baroque pattern, it gave a sense of modesty while still gave out that oozing goddess feel from Christin.
The entire wedding dress is also covered in sparkly full beads that followed a specially designed patterns. I went all out with the beadings because this is the way to flaunt the stunning effect with rich and glamorous vibes from top to bottom. The long train with 1,5 metre length graced the floor she walked, making her the rightful centre of attention of the party.
Christin also went with the right styling which was a minimalist and classic look with her hair. Complemented with her equally subdued but unmissable choice of accessories, this wedding dress made her shine through and through. Now that’s how you celebrate a wedding, wouldn’t you agree?
