Evening Gown

The Belle of The Ball

I think it’s safe to say that for Bella and SZH Atelier, it’s a love at first sight for us both. Bella showed a full enthusiasm upon stepping into my workshop while I could already feel the friendliness from this lovely girl.

Bella first contacted me through email then we arranged for a meeting at my studio. Accompanied by her mother, they both were on the hunt for the best gowns for Bella’s brother engagement party. I showed them around my collection and it’s a very fun experience since both of these charming ladies were as friendly as they were humble. To me, it’s always such a pleasure to work together with a client who shares a mutual goal.

On her first visit, I actually made Bella a cheongsam for the engagement. Second time around, which was a month later, she requested an evening gown for her brother’s big day.

Since Bella has a stunning posture, I immediately recommended her a mermaid design gown to further accentuate her feminine shape. All thanks to her great taste, her selection of a lace fabric in lavender color ultimately resulted in this fabulous backless & modified sweetheart neckline with illusion fabric.

The 3 main features of this dress are the lavender pearls, floral embroidered patterns and lastly, the lace train with fine details. The color of this dress speaks for itself and with the right headpiece plus makeup, Bella was truly the belle of the ball among other guests and families for sure.
